Where can I view the products of Strolz Leuchten?
In our flagship store in Bregenz, Römerstraße 7, we can present you our entire range. We can also advise you there personally and show you the possibilities of customization. We are happy to offer you a personal project consultation appointment outside normal business hours. Suburb consultation appointments require an individual agreement.

Delivery and shipping costs
How much are the shipping costs?
Austria
The shipping costs for our standard deliveries within Austria are between 8 and 35 Euro (including VAT) per order and delivery address, depending on the product.
Remaining EU
In the remaining countries of the European Union, we charge for our standard deliveries shipping between 20 and 95 euros (including VAT) depending on the product.
For items that due to their weight or their bulkiness (at least one item weighs more than 31.5 kg or its largest extension exceeds 200 cm) we calculate the actual shipping costs incurred.
If we deliver your order for technical reasons in several parts, we charge the shipping costs only once.
Are deliveries outside Europe possible?
Yes, but in this case the actual shipping costs will be charged.

Will the available items be sent instantly, even if not all of them are immediately available within one order of multiple products (items)?
In terms of sustainability and our environmental awareness, we always try to keep the number of packages to be shipped per order as low as possible. In rare cases, it may therefore happen that a delivery is delayed.
On request, we also ship the available products (items) for a small fee.

When do I receive my delivery? Which delivery time do I have to expect?
Strolz Leuchten is a small handicraft manufactory, therefore the delivery time can be up to 4 weeks.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive another email notification from us.

Return
Within which period can I return an article?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
More information can be found under cancellation policy.
How do I make a return?
Returns are only to be made by Austrian Post or its partner. Use the supplied return label. If this is no longer available, use a neutral package sticker and return the package to us.
If you only have one sticker for several packages, please send the remaining packages back to us as well.
What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
If external damage to the packaging can be detected on delivery, please refuse to accept the shipment. In that case, please contact our service immediately.

How I get the money back, when returning articles within the return period?
The return value will be credited to your customer account. If you have already paid and would like a return to your account, please let us know when you return your legitimated bank account.
Can I have a return picked up?
Unfortunately we can not offer a pick-up service.
How is a smooth processing of the return?
Customers are requested to return the return in writing to us in writing (info@strolzleuchten.at) to announce the return. In this way, they enable us to assign the products as quickly as possible.
Customers are requested to return the goods to us as a prepaid package and to keep the shipping document. In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract the consumer has to bear the direct costs of the return of the goods.
The goods must be returned in undamaged and clean condition in their original packaging, with all accessories to Strolz Leuchten. If the original packaging is no longer in the buyer's possession, other suitable packaging should be used to provide adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to defective packaging.
