Gasthof Rössle, Braz

In the Rössle, everything is homemade and prepared by Valentin Bargehr and his team with handcrafted quality. Directly over the Chef’s table in the side room, a handprinted pendant lamp emphasizes the Slow Food philosophy of the restaurant. The motif of the woodcut by Leopold Fetz suits the history of the horse-changing station in the Klostertal perfectly. It is a limited edition from Strolz made for the occasion of the 100th birthday of the artist from the Bregenzerwald.
